The Tipis

We currently have two 4 berth tipis (18’) both of which are appropriately furnished for tipi living. The tipi is a magnificent structure and provides surprisingly spacious accommodation – a perfect place for family and friends to get together. There’s nothing quite like a central fire at night with lanterns flickering to create a warm, snug and friendly atmosphere, far from the pressures of the world. The tipis are furnished with wooden bed bases, comfortable covered mattresses, together with large cushions, pillows and extra blankets if required, as well as storage trunks, a low table, sheepskins and of course the central fire which is inside a chimnea and which has an open grating so that the fire can be seen from all around.
