Terms and Conditions

1.   The minimum booking is for two nights.

2.   Due to the nature of the site we do not allow parties, stag nights, hen     nights or adult groups of more than six people.

3.   We ask for no noise after 10.00 p.m.

4.   In the event of high winds, or weather conditions that we consider are dangerous to customers, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday at short notice. Alternative dates will be offered or a refund on your payment.

5.   No dogs allowed

6.   Only full week/fortnightly bookings will be taken during the summer holiday period.

7.   Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times on site. Larkhill Tipis will accept no responsibility for any personal injury sustained on our premises. Likewise we accept no responsibility for visitor's property.

8.  Payment terms are 20% deposit at the time of booking. A confirmation will be sent after the deposit is received. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the booking.

9.   Deposit refunds will only be offered if your cancellation is made at least 28 days before your intended stay.

10. We would ask that you arrive after 2.00 p.m. on the initial day of your holiday and vacate the tipi, yurt or alachaig by 11.00 a.m. on departure day.

11. We are passionate about recycling and would expect you to comply with our recycling facilities.

12. It is advisable that all customers come prepared for rain and shine!
